On the third anniversary of the “Woman, Life, Freedom” revolution, we bow our heads in respect to all those who have courageously opposed the systematic violence, repression, and erasure perpetrated by the Islamic Republic of Iran. Hundreds of thousands have risked—and continue to risk—their lives for freedom, justice, and human rights. Many have been murdered, tortured, executed, or forced into exile.
This policy paper is the result of the HÁWAR.help Justice Forum, held in August 2025 in Berlin, where survivors, bereaved family members, and exiled activists came together to share their experiences and to jointly formulate political demands.
